St. Andrews Beach, Australia
(1991)
Image of the St. Andrews Beach house.
This beach house, designed by the architect Nonda Katsalidis, looks like a shipping crate that was washed ashore. The rusted steel and natural wood exterior reflects the colors of the surrounding vegetation, and the glass walls offer an uninterrupted view of the ocean.
