Kyoto, Japan

When the architect Kazumasa Yamashita was hired to build this house on a dreary street in downtown Kyoto, he decided to have fun and make it stand apart from the
neighboring conventional houses. The first floor of this building houses a studio for a graphic designer, and apartments are located on the
second and top floors. The building itself acts as a billboard for the graphic designer.
